Behind the Scenes
The film was shot in early April 2021 on a soundstage in Greenwich, London.
The film aimed to visually represent my experiences with OCD-induced anxiety. Segments of the film were inspired by Henri-Georges Clouzot's Inferno, which I thought was a brilliant representation of the downward spiral that mental health can take.
I worked towards conceptualizing the finished visual with a storyboard, which was shared with the talent, Thomas Farries. I discovered Thomas via Instagram. He had taken some stunning self-portraiture, and I was completely enamored with his look. I knew he would compliment my concept entirely.
